In-Person Registration dates and required forms
for the 2011-2012 season are below.
You can now make payments for the annual membership dues
and the IKWF competitor card right here on our web site!
Simply choose the appropriate option in the dropdown menu below and press the Pay Now button.
You can change the order quantity (for registering multiple family members) during the invoice process.
Please note that you will still need to fill out the forms below and submit them to the BWC
before registration will be considered complete.

Registration Dates at the Riverside Brookfield High School Main Entrance
Saturday, October 29, 2011 11AM - 2PM
Wednesday November 2, 2011 6PM - 8PM
Registration and payment for club membership or dropping off the forms will be available
Save time by having the forms (available below) filled out prior to registration or Contact Us to arrange getting the documents to us and processed (ex. mail/drop-off/e-mail).
Wrestlers (3 forms to complete):
IKWF Medical Release Forms (First year wrestlers-a copy of wrestlers birth certificate will be required. Returning wrestlers simply need to fill out the form.)
